Best kitchen knife ever.

This Santoku style knife is just right for most vegetable chopping, precise when you need it, solid when you need it. The almost flat blade makes both slicing and rocking cut up easy. We use it several times every day. Our pallares small vege knife is still good but less often used now. Interstingly the knife was very sharp as it came from the shop-cuts newspaper finer than any other I’ve got.

Used over Christmas for big bone-in ham, lotsa veges & fruit etc ~ now has a nice blue patina.
Takes & holds a good edge. Well balanced around a “pinch” grip.
Also it was sharp when it arrived
