Materials
The No. 6 knife is made from Swedish carbon steel, which is produced from recycled saw blades. The handle is crafted from American Ash wood and is sourced from an FSC-certified supplier. Three brass rivets hold together the blade and the handle, producing a simple design which suits any kitchen. Brass guards protect you when using it in the elements.
Comes with a leather sheath.
