A vegetable, fruit and herb knife. Designed to be lightweight for slicing, dicing and peeling vegetables, fruits and herbs with ease.
Materials
The No. 2 knife is made from Swedish carbon steel, which is produced from recycled saw blades. The handle is crafted from American Ash wood and is sourced from an FSC-certified supplier. Three brass rivets hold together the blade and the handle, producing a simple design which suits any kitchen.
