Materials
The Daily Tui is made from Swedish carbon steel, which is produced from recycled saw blades. The handle is handcrafted from Critical's Cleanstone material made from 100% recycled mixed plastics - giving it a unique, colourful pattern. Three brass rivets hold together the blade and the handle, producing a simple design which suits any kitchen.
